How do I contact support?

Email us at team@amilliondreams.llc. We typically respond within 24–48 hours.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions
  3. Select SkinSimple
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then.

How do I request deletion of my data?

Send an email to team@amilliondreams.llc with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and we will process your request within 30 days. You can also delete all locally stored data by uninstalling the app.

How do I restore my purchases?

Open SkinSimple, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." This will restore any previous purchases linked to your Apple ID. If purchases don't restore, make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you originally used.

The app is crashing or not working properly

Try these steps:

  1. Force quit the app and reopen it
  2. Make sure you're running the latest version from the App Store
  3. Restart your device
  4. Uninstall and reinstall the app

If the problem persists, contact us at team@amilliondreams.llc and include your device model and iOS version.
